Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin Region, Albuquerque Area Office (AAO) is seeking to procure security guard services to ensure the safety and security of its facilities. The primary objective of this contract is to provide guard services during operational hours, which includes monitoring the premises and assisting the public. This initiative aligns with the agency's mission to maintain a secure environment for its operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing armed security guard services at the Bureau of Reclamation's facility located at 555 Broadway Blvd. NE, Suite 100, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Key tasks include:

- Conducting patrols around the perimeter of the building.
- Monitoring parking lots on both East and West sides.
- Assisting visitors entering the facility.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols including COVID-19 guidelines.
- Maintaining records of any incidents or injuries as per OSHA and RSHS standards.

The contractor must also ensure that all personnel meet suitability requirements for accessing sensitive areas and information.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during the Bureau's public business hours from Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM MT, with flexibility in personnel work hours ranging from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM MT.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Bureau of Reclamation's facility located at 555 Broadway Blvd. NE, Suite 100, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
