The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA awarded a firm-fixed price and cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to Rockwell Collins, Inc., 400 Collins Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498, in order to procure not more than one hundred ninety-four (194) Quint Networking Technology (QNT) radios, three hundred seventy-nine (379) parts of associated hardware and not more than thirty- six thousand four hundred eighty-two (36,482) hours of incidental equipment modification services for the AN/ALQ-231(V) Intrepid Tiger Electronic Attack System in support of the Joint Electronic Attack Compatibility Office (JEACO) Electronic Warfare, Electronic Attack programs. The work will be performed at the contractor's facilities in Cedar Rapids, IA and Coralville, IA. The period of performance is from 20 June 2016 through 19 June 2021. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only Rockwell Collins, Inc., as the sole designer, developer, and manufacture of QNT-200 possesses the unique capability and expertise that can satisfy the needs of the Government.
