QUINAULT OFFICE JANITORIAL SERVICES. PACIFIC RANGER DISTRICT

The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Olympic National Forest, Pacific Ranger District Office in Quinault, Washington, in accordance with the specifications contained in the solicitation, using commercial practices in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Except for property listed under Government-furnished Property, the Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the required janitorial services in accordance with the requirements and provisions herein.

No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote. From U.S. Hwy. 101 northbound from Hoquiam, Washington, proceed approximately 38 miles to South Shore Road - Quinault. Turn right and proceed approximately two miles. The office is on the left.

This is a 1 year contract with 4 Option Years.

This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
