Queue Management System Auburn Clinic

Background
The VA Puget Sound Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide and deliver a Queue Management System for the new Auburn Primary Care Clinic. The goal of this contract is to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience in medical clinics.

The system will help streamline the patient journey by offering tools for appointment scheduling, virtual queuing, and real-time communication, ultimately leading to a more efficient experience for both patients and staff.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide, deliver, install, and train staff on the Qmatic Queue Management System or a similar system. The critical minimum requirements include:
1) Data Protection: Robust security measures to protect sensitive customer data in compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR.
2) Access Control: Limiting access based on user roles and permissions to prevent unauthorized access.
3) Encryption: Implementing encryption for data transmission and storage.
4) Scalability: The system must handle increased customer volume as the business grows.
5) Integration: Ability to integrate with other systems like CRM and appointment scheduling platforms.

Period of Performance
The products are required to be delivered between April 6-10, 2026.

Place of Performance
The Queue Management System is to be delivered to American Lake Warehouse, 9600 Veterans Dr., SW BLDG #143, Tacoma, WA 98493.
