Description

The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD issued a contract modification to the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fixed price contract, N00019-19-D-0032-P00027 to ERAPSCO, 4868 East Park 30 Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725-8869, on a sole source basis for an increase to the current contractual maximum for a quantity of 100,000 AN/SSQ-53G, 10,000 AN/SSQ-62F, and 16,000 AN/SSQ-101 sonobuoys over the existing Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 and 2023 periods.

This procurement was obtained in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
