The Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) and 9AF U.S. Air Forces Central Command (9AF AFCENT) are seeking support for organizational planning, program management, and technical consulting. The objective of this task order is to acquire expertise to enhance and improve mission performance within the dynamic environment of 9AF AFCENT's assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR). The scope of work includes support to headquarters organizations, deployment locations, and subordinate units. The contract type for this task order is Firm Fixed Price—Level of Effort (FFP-LOE). The timeframe for the acquisition is from 1 May 2024 onwards.

The work to be acquired includes manpower and personnel analysis and management support, unit program management, client support administration, special security office support, air advisor support, standard and non-standard forces training support, deployment plans support/force management, global force management operations plans support, air command and control support, JOPES deployment and redeployment workflow support, current operation support, and global force management operations plans strategic support.

The place of performance/delivery for these opportunities is at various locations within the United States Air Forces Central Command's assigned geographical region. Notable aspects of these opportunities include the need for highly qualified personnel with technical expertise in their respective functional areas, the requirement for top secret/SCI clearance for some positions, and the use of JOPES/DCAPES databases for deployment planning and execution.
