7 July 2015 - The purpose of this notice is to respond to two questions proposed by industry relative to Request for Proposal (RFP) HQ0147-15-R-0007 for the Agency's Quality and Mission Assurance support contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisition.Questions and responses are as follows:

1. Page 70 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) states..... "within the timeline specified in Table 10.0 at the Contract Kickoff Meeting." However, there is no Table 10.0 provided in this section.

Question: We ask that you please clarify.

Response: The correct table is Table 9.0.

2. In Paragraph L-12.2, it states that the Offeror narrative shall substantiate its detailed skill mix, provided in the Cost and Price Volume. However, it is unclear where this information should be provided in the Cost and Price Volume.
Question: We ask that you please clarify where this information is to be provided in the Cost/Price Volume.

Response: The Labor Resources Tab in the Excel Pricing Workbook (EPW) contained in the Cost Volume is the location for the offeror to provide the proposed labor mix to perform the performance work statement requirements.The proposal due date is not extended. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM CST, 8 July 2015.
