Qualitative Data Analysis

NTIA has a request for comment that will require a contractor to provide qualitative data analysis on Artificial Intelligence ("AI") system accountability measures and policies. This qualitative data analysis service will be needed as soon as possible. It is anticipated this service will begin on or before June 30, 2023. Responses are delivered by way of the following file types: bmp, docx, gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, pptx, rtf, sgml, tif, tiff, txt, wpd, xlsx, xml. We are estimating between 600-1000+ responses that the contractor will be responsible for coding/indexing/categorizing by mid July for a draft review. The final target for public release is anticipated to be submitted by August 2023. Interested company should provide: 1) Company overview - citing current/past performance of similar work. 2) Estimated costs. Public trust background check may be needed. Questions should be uploaded via GSA eBuy Portal by June 1, 2023 - no exceptions. Responses should be uploaded via GSA eBuy Portal by June 6, 2023 - no exceptions. Emails will not be accepted.
