QRP Telehandler

Background
The Illinois Army National Guard (ILARNG) is seeking to procure one off-road diesel telehandler as part of its Qualified Recycling Program (QRP).

The QRP aims to execute a cost-effective waste prevention and recycling initiative to reduce non-hazardous solid waste and mitigate environmental impacts. This procurement is essential for the QRP to effectively consolidate, load, and transport solid waste to recycling facilities.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of one (1) off-road diesel telehandler with the following specifications:
- Power: Diesel
- Operation: Seated
- Rated Capacity: 6,000 - 9,000 lbs.
- Tire Type: Pneumatic Off-Road Capable
- Steering: Power Steering; Operator selectable 4-wheel circle, 4-wheel crab, 2-wheel front
- Drive: 4WD Capable
- Minimum lift height: 40 feet
- Minimum forward reach: 28 feet
- Frame leveling: 10 degrees
- Carriage equipped with side-shift and a side-shifting fork positioner
- Load backrest extension on carriage
- Minimum 47" forks
- Enclosed Operator Cabin with ROPS, Heat and Air Conditioning
- Joystick control system for hydraulics
- Mirrors: LH & RH exterior
- Non-cinch seat belt with start interlock
- Basic work light package and brake/tail/back-up light package
- Audible alarm for reverse operation. A specifications sheet must be included with the quote to demonstrate compliance with these requirements.

Period of Performance
The equipment shall be delivered no later than August 1, 2026.

The delivery location is Camp Lincoln, located at 1301 N. MacArthur Blvd, Springfield, IL 62702.
