QLogic Infiniband Switch Hardware Maintenance Support

This Request for Quote (RFQ), N00189-15-T-Q068, is for Brand Name Qlogic/Intel Infiniband Switches Hardware maintenance for Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FLENUMMETOCCEN) located in 7 Grace Hopper Avenue in Monterey, CA. See Table One below for details.

Acquisition Strategy:

1) NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Office is procuring this requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being solicited from ONLY FEDERAL AUTHORIZED SELLERS/RESELLERS of Qlogic/Intel.

2) This requirement is being solicited on an Unrestricted, Firm Fixed Price, BRAND NAME basis for Qlogic/Intel Infiniband Switches Hardware maintenance support. Substitutions will not be considered. See Brand Name Justification and Approval. Maintenance will be provided by Intel.

3) The NAICS associated with this purchase is 334210.

4) Evaluation will be based upon the technically acceptable lowest priced quote.

Acquisition Timeline:

1) RFQ Release Date: April 8, 2015
2) RFQ Close Date: April 13, 2015 (11am Eastern Time Zone)
3) Anticipated Award Date: April 14, 2015 or sooner

Instructions for Submission of Quotations:
1) Offerors must be actively SAM registered.
2) Offerors shall submit the following: Business name, CAGE, POC information
3) Offerors should provide "Remit to" address, if applicable, their DUNS and Tax identification number (TIN)
4) Offerors shall quote ALL items to be considered for award.
5) QUOTES SHALL BE VALID FOR 60 DAYS.
