Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), in support of the Defense Centers for Public Health-Aberdeen (DCPH-A), awarded a contract to Qiagen LLC located at 19300 Germantown Rd., Germantown, MD 20874 on a Sole Source Basis under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. Qiagen LLC, as the proprietary service provider for Qiagen Instrumentation, is the only vendor that can provide the Qiagen Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services being requested.
