Description

The Naval Air systems Command (NAVAIR) Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) awarded a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0007. This order is to provide Initial Integrated Logisitics Support (ILS) and training for the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) AGM-154C.

This delivery order was awarded on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.

Raytheon Company is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Joint Standoff Weapon and as such is the only company that has the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, production tooling facilities, and technical data necessary to meet this requirement.
