Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a sole-source contract with Aphena Pharma Solutions-Tennessee LLC. This contract is necessary to provide critical pharmaceutical repacking services for all seven Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facilities.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuous supply of repacked pharmaceuticals, which are essential for timely delivery to Veteran patients, while the long-term procurement process is completed.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include pharmaceutical repacking for approximately 17 million bottles per year across all CMOP facilities.
