Nashville and Clarksville TN Outpatient Clinic Initial Outfitting Transition and Activation (IOTA) Services   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOTA) Services for the Nashville and Clarksville Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these clinics are properly outfitted and activated to provide necessary healthcare services to veterans in the region.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation of the Clarksville and Nashville Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Key tasks include:

1. Pre-Activation Services for both clinics as per PWS Sections 16.1 to 16.5.
2. Optional tasks including Warehousing & Warehousing Management Services, Clarksville Activation Services, Nashville Activation Services, and associated travel requirements.
3. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards during the outfitting and activation process.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance begins on November 1, 2025, for a base period lasting approximately 38 months for Clarksville services and approximately 35 months for Nashville services, with options extending into 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Nashville Community Based Outpatient Clinic and the Clarksville Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Tennessee.
