Jacksonville Initial Outfitting Transition and Activation (IOTA) Services   4

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOTA) Services for the Jacksonville Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic. The goal of this contract is to ensure the successful outfitting and activation of the clinic to support the VA's mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) of the Jacksonville Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic. Key tasks include:

1. Pre-Activation IOTA Services as per PWS Sections 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, and 16.5.
2. Travel related to Pre-Activation activities.
3. Optional Task: Warehousing & Warehousing Management Services as per PWS Section 17.1.
4. Optional Task: Activation Services as per PWS Sections 17.2, 17.3, and 17.4.
5. Optional Task: Travel Activation services related to activation activities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is estimated to begin on October 10, 2025, and will last for a total of 36 months for base tasks, with optional tasks extending up to an additional six months depending on needs.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Jacksonville Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic.
