Page 2 of 2 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hill-Rom, Inc to provide preventive maintenance and emergency support of the Navi-Care Nurse Call System at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 5:00 PM local time (CST) July 2nd, 2021. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. This evidence shall include a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating vendor is an authorized distributor per clause 852.212-72(c), proof vendor can purchase OEM parts, and all technical personnel are OEM certified. This request is mandatory for consideration.
