Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide on-site Phlebotomy Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, at San Juan VA Medical Center and all other stations mentioned previously. The phlebotomists shall be highly reliable in providing services and support that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. Contractor phlebotomists must have direct work experience working in a healthcare setting. Contractors will be working with: Outpatient setting; Geriatric patient population; various behavioral groups who may be disoriented, disabled, or reduced physical function and Clinically complex group of chronic/mentally ill patients.
