This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as verified in VIP database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov and verified and active as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting NAICS code 561320 Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $30.0 Million. The VA anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Scrub Technician Services. The contractor shall provide Surgical Technologist/Technician and/or Registered Nurses (with Surgical Technologist experience) on-site at the Minneapolis MN VA Hospital, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis MN 55417. See Performance Work Statement for specific requirements and qualifications. The period of performance is from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024. The Department of Labor (DOL), Service Contract Act (SCA), Wage Determination (WD) Labor Standards applies to services provided under the contract and is provided as an attachment to this announcement. The WD specifies the minimum wages and fringe benefits for workers performing services on or in connection with the contract. Solicitation Questions.
