Background
The Western New York VA Medical Center (WNY VAMC), part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking to procure remote Teleradiology services to support its Radiology Department.
The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality tele-radiology physician services that meet or exceed the standards set forth by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and comply with VA guidelines.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all key personnel to perform Tele-Radiology Physician Services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Services include but are not limited to:
- Providing interpretations for various imaging modalities including Plain Films, CT Exams, Ultrasound, MR Exams, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography.
- Ensuring compliance with ACR guidelines and VA standards for quality and timeliness of reports.
- All contract physicians must be board certified and possess full and unrestricted licenses to practice medicine in the relevant states.
- The contractor is responsible for credentialing and privileging processes as per VA directives.
- The contractor must ensure timely delivery of interpretations, with a standard that 100% of reports are delivered on time.
- The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided off-site at the contractor’s location.
