The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) is seeking contractor to provide professional teleradiology services for radiology examinations performed throughout the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS). Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) is seeking a contractor to provide professional teleradiology services for radiology examinations performed throughout the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS).

The GCVHCS aims to supply these services to veterans in the region, addressing physician personnel shortages in radiology. The goal of this contract is to ensure timely and accurate radiology interpretations, thereby enhancing the quality of care provided to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide off-site teleradiology services, including:
- Radiology examinations at four GCVHCS sites (Biloxi MS, Mobile AL, Pensacola FL, and Panama City Beach FL) and two DoD sites (Eglin AFB and Keesler AFB).
- Off-campus film interpretation via a secure network connection to the VA informatics system.
- Immediate communication of results for stat requests or critical emergent test results.
- Services must be conducted by board-certified radiologists.
- The contractor is responsible for all personnel, technical support, medical equipment, telecommunication, supplies, and supervision necessary for these services. All services must be performed within the territorial borders of the United States.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period as outlined in the solicitation documents.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided off-site at the contractor's location but must serve facilities located in Biloxi MS, Mobile AL, Pensacola FL, Panama City Beach FL, Eglin AFB, and Keesler AFB.
