Tele-radiology Services - VA Atlanta HCS   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this contract to provide Tele-Radiology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Joseph M. Cleland Atlanta VA Health Care System.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that high-quality radiological services are available to veterans, adhering to the standards set by the American College of Radiology and The Joint Commission.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all direct relationship personnel necessary to perform Tele-Radiology Physician Services. Services must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and include:
1. Providing Board Certified Radiology Physician Services.
2. Meeting or exceeding VA and ACR guidelines.
3. Ensuring that all contract physicians are licensed, board-certified, and have completed an ACGME approved fellowship.
4. Delivering diagnostic imaging services including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds as specified in the pricing schedule.
5. Maintaining compliance with various VHA directives and policies regarding patient care, reporting, and documentation.
6. Ensuring timely communication of critical results as outlined in the performance standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with options for four additional one-year periods extending through April 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Joseph M. Cleland Atlanta VA Health Care System located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur GA 30033.
