Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Hematology/Oncology On-Site Physician Services to support the Robley Rex VA Medical Center located in Louisville, KY.

The goal of this contract is to provide essential medical services to veterans, ensuring they receive high-quality care in a timely manner. This initiative aligns with the VA's mission to provide comprehensive healthcare services to eligible veterans.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide on-site Hematology/Oncology Physician Services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering patient care services to beneficiaries of the VA and the Robley Rex VA Medical Center.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines set forth by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
- Providing administrative functions as designated in the PWS.
- Maintaining qualifications, including board certification and licensure, for all contract physicians.
- Conducting ongoing professional practice evaluations and ensuring that all physicians meet performance standards.
- Completing mandatory training and maintaining up-to-date certifications as required by the VA.
- Submitting patient reports and documentation electronically within specified timeframes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period starting from April 22, 2026, through April 21, 2027, with options for renewal or extension as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center located at 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206-1433.
