Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) services in support of the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center (JHQVAMC) and its associated clinics. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality mobile imaging services that meet or exceed national standards, ensuring that veterans receive timely and effective medical care.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish Mobile CT Imaging Services to the JHQVAMC and associated clinics. Services will include:
- Providing a fully equipped mobile CT unit capable of performing all necessary CT exams with and without contrast.
- Ensuring the mobile unit meets all local, state, federal, and industry standards, including FDA approval for imaging equipment.
- Staffing the mobile unit with qualified CT technologists employed by the government.
- Maintaining all equipment in good working condition and providing necessary labor, materials, and supplies for operation.
- The Contractor is responsible for procurement, receipt, dispensing, administration, and safekeeping of all supplies required for operation.
- The mobile unit must have capabilities such as DICOM network capability, advanced imaging processing, and must be equipped with a contrast injector.
- The Contractor must ensure that the mobile unit can operate under various environmental conditions while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of one year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the JHQVAMC clinical catchment area including but not limited to the Downtown West Outpatient Center in Knoxville, TN; the William C. Tallent Community-Based Outpatient Clinic; and the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, TN.
