Bronx VA Interventional Radiology Physician Service -Cancelled   2

Network Contracting Office 02 intends to submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Board Certified Interventional Radiology Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VA New York Healthcare System, James J. Peters VA Medical Center on GSA Ebuy. Contracting has been approved to solicit as 100% Small Business Set Aside on GSA E-BUY to protentional GSA FSS for one (1) FTE Interventional Radiology that includes on-call. The agency will be required to have a minimum of 3 Interventional Radiologists to be vetted for the life of each Task Order through 2029, unless GSA FSS of the agency does not have remaining option years to cover the requested period of performance. The RFQ will be issued on or about 07/31/2024. The government intends to award to a fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The Base period of performance is estimated at October 1, 2024 (or date of award) through September 30, 2025 with four one (1) year options. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award at the time of Quote submission. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov to update registration. The applicable NAICS Code is 621111 and PSC is Q522, Radiology.
