Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 9, is seeking to award a contract for Angio-Interventional Radiology Physician Services at the Memphis VA Medical Center. This contract aims to provide essential onsite medical services to eligible beneficiaries, ensuring high-quality care in accordance with established standards and guidelines set forth by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The contract is being solicited under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR Part 873.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Board Certified Angio-Interventional Radiology Physician services onsite at the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr. VA Medical Center. Services include but are not limited to:

- Angiography
- Cryoablation
- Balloon angioplasty/stent placement
- Line insertion
- Chemoembolization
- IVC filters
- Cholecystostomy
- Vertebroplasty
- Drain insertions
- Nephrostomy placement
- Embolization
- TIPS placement
- Radiologically inserted gastrostomy
- Biliary intervention
- Thrombolysis
- Biopsy
- Dialysis access and related interventions
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Endovenous laser ablation of varicose veins.

The contractor must ensure compliance with ACR guidelines and maintain high standards of care as recognized by national standards. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing key personnel who are credentialed and available for scheduling as per contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed onsite at the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr., VA Medical Center located at 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104.
