Background

Work Details
Contractor responsibilities include: providing board-certified radiologists for tele-radiology services; ensuring compliance with American College of Radiology guidelines; performing credentialing, scheduling, quality assurance, and adherence to federal privacy and security rules; managing staffing for all required imaging interpretation and reporting; and delivering services that meet or exceed the standards set forth by the American College of Radiology. The contractor must also be capable of handling anticipated case volumes as specified in the attached CLIN schedule.

Period of Performance
Base period from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with four option periods extending through September 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided virtually through teleradiology.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must provide capability statements demonstrating their ability to manage appropriately licensed and credentialed physicians necessary for telemedicine and teleradiology services. Bidders must also be registered and verified as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) or veteran-owned small business (VOSB) in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s VetCert database to be eligible for award if a solicitation is issued. Additionally, at least 50% of the cost of contract performance must be incurred by the prime contractor.
