Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Home-Based Sleep Study Services for the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC). The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive sleep study services to veterans in a manner that is accessible and efficient, particularly for those who may face challenges in traveling to medical facilities. This initiative aligns with the VA's mission to enhance healthcare access and quality for veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver Home-Based Sleep Study Services for Dayton VAMC. Key requirements include:
- Providing home-based sleep studies using FDA cleared devices that are compatible with VA IT systems.
- Ensuring that all services are delivered on a turn-key basis, meaning the contractor must handle all aspects of service delivery from setup to data transmission.
- Utilizing both reusable and disposable sleep study devices as necessary.
- Transmitting raw data and final reports in compliance with established IT security protocols.
- Providing instructions for patients on how to use the devices and return them after use.
- Ensuring timely availability of sleep study reports for download by authorized government representatives within specified timeframes.
- Conducting quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of 8 months from April 8, 2025, to December 7, 2025, followed by four option years extending through December 7, 2029.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Dayton VA Medical Center located at 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428-0004.
