Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Home-Based Sleep Study Services for the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) located in Columbus, Ohio. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive home-based sleep study services to veterans, ensuring access to quality care while minimizing costs and logistical challenges associated with traditional in-clinic testing.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver Home-Based Sleep Study Services. Key tasks include:
- Conducting portable sleep studies at veterans' homes using FDA-cleared devices.
- Ensuring devices are compatible with VA IT systems and securely transmitting results to the Pulmonary Department.
- Providing raw data and final reports in an FDA-cleared format compliant with VA standards.
- Developing a quality control program to ensure compliance with service standards and timely reporting of results.
- Shipping equipment directly to patients and providing 24/7 customer support.
- The contractor is not responsible for interpreting the sleep studies; this will be handled by government personnel.

Period of Performance
Base Period: 07/01/2025 - 06/30/2026;
Option Year One: 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027;
Option Year Two: 07/01/2027 - 06/30/2028;
Option Year Three: 07/01/2028 - 06/30/2029;
Option Year Four: 07/01/2029 - 06/30/2030.
