Description

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, has a requirement for 3.4 FTE (7,056 hours) onsite Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist Services for the Department of VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS). Place of Performance: Marion VAMC, 1700 E. 38th St., Marion, IN; Ft Wayne VAMC, 2121 Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne, IN; and St Joseph County VA Clinic, 1540 Trinity Place, Mishawaka, IN The procurement will be solicited for a five year contract. NAICS Code 621112 applies with a size standard of $12 million. This is a total set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns (SDVOSB s). All SDVOSB concerns must be registered in Vendor Information Pages Home VetBiz Portal (va.gov). The solicitation will be available on or after June 24, 2021. Quoters are reminded to complete registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), including the Representations and Certifications. The electronic version of this solicitation will be available on or about June 24, 2021.
