Background
The solicitation is for the provision of Licensed Pharmacist and Certified Pharmacy Technician Services for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Nashville and/or Murfreesboro VA campus. The solicitation is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs under the authority of 38 U.S.C 8153 and VAAR Part 873 in conjunction with FAR Part 12.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a minimum of one (1) and up to four (4) Licensed Pharmacist(s) and a minimum of one (1) and up to eight (8) Certified Pharmacy Technician(s) as required by the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. The services include providing professional expertise in the Inpatient/Outpatient Section, preparation and dispensing of pharmaceuticals, monitoring the use of pharmaceuticals, and organizing and prioritizing work. The services shall be provided on-site at either TVHS Nashville or Murfreesboro VA campus. The contractor must provide all labor necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on October 1, 2023, for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods, ending on September 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services shall be provided on-site at Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Nashville or Murfreesboro VA campus.
