Background
The North Texas Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a contractor to provide chemotherapy preparation services for oncology patients. The goal of this contract is to ensure that patients receive safe and effective compounded chemotherapy preparations in compliance with established standards. The contractor must be a U.S.-based company capable of delivering these services in a certified environment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide chemotherapy preparation services as follows:

1. Chemotherapy preparations will be made according to medication orders from VA Oncologists or Hematologists, prepared in ISO 5 and ISO 7 certified environments.

2. Next day delivery of compounded chemotherapy preparations to the VA North Texas Healthcare System and Garland VA Clinic.

3. Daily shift sign-off summarizing outstanding issues for follow-up by VA Pharmacy staff.

4. Monthly reports detailing activities under the contract, including the number of orders processed.

5. Compliance with all applicable policies and regulations of the VA North Texas Healthcare System and Joint Commission standards, including maintaining competency training for all staff involved in service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the VA North Texas Healthcare System located at 4500 S Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216, and the Garland VA Clinic at 2300 Marie Curie Blvd., Garland, TX 75042.
