All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following:
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Hazardous Compounding Services for its VHA VISN 10 Medical Facilities located in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), aimed at providing essential medical services to veterans requiring hazardous compounding, particularly chemotherapy agents. The contract aims to ensure that these services are available on an urgent basis when facilities cannot compound these agents independently.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary hazardous compounding services, including:
1. Compounding hazardous drugs such as chemotherapy agents based on patient-specific prescriptions.
