Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital Pharmacy Service, is seeking to purchase NEW CBOC Prescriptions Services. The contract is being procured as a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business). The services required include formulary management and supply of a retail pharmacy network to fill/dispense emergent prescriptions up to a ten (10) days’ supply. The contractor will also provide urgent/emergent vaccinations at a flat administration injection fee.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the specific requirements for the cleaning and disinfection of non-critical, reusable medical equipment at the South Texas Veterans Health Care Systems, Audie L. Murphy Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Additionally, the PBM vendor must provide pharmacy services for formulary management and supply a retail pharmacy network to fill/dispense emergent prescriptions up to a ten (10) days’ supply. The contractor will also provide urgent/emergent vaccinations at a flat administration injection fee and emergency prescription services up to thirty (30) days’ supply for VISN 17 facilities.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes a base year from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, with option years available through September 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital located at 7400 Merton Minter Boulevard in San Antonio, TX.
