Pathology and Laboratory Staffing Services   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, is establishing a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Contracted Pathology and Laboratory Staffing Services. The purpose of the contract is to provide contracted staffing services for various positions at the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Services departments for all VA Healthcare Systems within VISN 22. The contract will be effective for a four-year ordering period during which task orders may be placed.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide contracted staffing services for various positions related to both Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology at multiple VA Healthcare Systems within VISN 22. The Contractor shall find qualified individuals in several positions related to Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology, including Phlebotomist Staff, Medical Laboratory Technician, and Medical Technologist. The Contractor shall deliver contracted staffing services identified in the schedule to the locations identified in Section B.2.3, Participating Facilities. The delivery location is subject to change.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract shall be effective from 01/26/2023 to 01/26/2027.

Place of Performance
The geographic areas covered by the contract include VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, VA Long Beach Healthcare System, VA San Diego Healthcare System, VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, Phoenix VA Health Care System, Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, New Mexico VA Health Care System.
