Description

The requirement was solicited on the SAM website (formerly FedBizOpps) as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside to an undetermined number of offerors. There were seven (7) quotes/offers received in response. As shown in this notice Testudo Logistics LLC was selected as the successful offeror based upon their overall offer being deemed most advantageous to the Government after comparison evaluation under FAR 13. Due to this requirement being issued under FAR 13, no formal debriefings will be given.
