This is a Solicitation Notice for Onsite Interoperative Neuromonitoring Services for the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Background
The Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking to procure onsite Interoperative Neuromonitoring Services. This contract is aimed at enhancing the quality of surgical care provided to veterans by ensuring the functional integrity of neural structures during surgeries.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a certified Surgical Neuromonitorist to deliver onsite Interoperative Neuromonitoring Services in the Operating Room (OR) at the Oklahoma City VAMC. Services include:
1. Monitoring using electrophysiological methods such as EEG, EMG, and SSEP to ensure the safety of patients during surgery.
2. Availability during normal OR hours (0700-1530) and on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.
3. Compliance with national standards for neurophysiological monitoring as established by the Certification for Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM).
4. Provision of all necessary equipment for neuromonitoring, including FDA-approved hardware and software systems.
5. Documentation of all services provided in accordance with VA policies and regulations.

Base Period: September 15, 2025 - September 14, 2026; Option Period 1: September 15, 2026 - September 14, 2027; Option Period 2: September 15, 2027 - September 14, 2028; Option Period 3: September 15, 2028 - September 14, 2029; Option Period 4: September 15, 2029 - September 14, 2030.
