Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Services Syracuse VA Medical Center   3

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), of New York has a requirement for Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services performed at the Syracuse VA Medical Center under a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance will be a twelve-month base period plus (4) twelve-month options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The anticipated start date for services is 06/01/2023.

The services required are technical only services performed by ABRET-accredited Electro Neurophysiologic Technologists, Intraoperative Neuromonitoring equipment authorized for use in the USA by the FDA and supplies needed for procedures (including specialty supplies, as required).

This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.SAM.gov Contract Opportunities website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation provides instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.

Prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.

NAICS Code is 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Care Practitioners with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.0M. The classification code is Q510.

The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and award will be made to the offeror who is evaluated to provide the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will be listed in the solicitation. All responsible businesses under the identified NAICS may submit quotes to be considered by the Agency.
