Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services for the Bruce W. Carter Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (BWCVAMC) in Miami, Florida.
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive IONM services that include both onsite and offsite support, ensuring high-quality care for veterans undergoing surgical procedures.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following services:
1. Offsite (remote) Board-Certified Neurophysiologist Physician(s) and onsite IONM Technologist(s) services, including on-call/call-back services.
2. Provision of IONM System equipment and common supplies necessary for the performance of these services.
3. Complete IONM services covering complex surgical procedures such as spine surgery, neurosurgery, and vascular surgery.
4. Compliance with standards set by recognized authorities including the American Association for Neurological Surgeons and the Joint Commission.
5. Maintenance of medical records in accordance with VA regulations and HIPAA requirements, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of care provided.
6. Regular quality assurance measures including patient satisfaction surveys and timely completion of medical records.

The primary location for performance will be at the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center located at 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125.
