Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), is issuing a Brand Name Only requirement for NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Treatment Sessions and preventative maintenance.

This contract aims to support the outpatient Behavioral Health and Sciences clinic at Lebanon VAMC, which has utilized the NeuroStar TMS treatment system since 2019. The goal is to ensure continuity of care for veterans diagnosed with depression through ongoing treatment sessions and maintenance services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. TMS Treatment Sessions: Approximately 30 NeuroStar Treatment Session Links are required for each patient to complete their full treatment. These links will be uploaded onto the existing NeuroStar TMS treatment system.

2. Preventative Maintenance: The contractor must perform corrective maintenance, including diagnostics, labor, and repair of the TMS treatment system to ensure optimal performance according to OEM guidelines. This includes cleaning, calibrating, lubricating equipment, reviewing software diagnostics, testing and replacing faulty parts, and providing a Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) Report documenting all services performed.

3. Technical Support: Unlimited telephone support must be available during business hours, with on-site technical support provided within 48 hours upon request. Software maintenance releases and upgrades must be provided within 30 days after they become available.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from approximately April 3, 2025, through April 2, 2030.
