Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a Contractor to provide Surgical Laser and Technician Services. The contractor shall provide all CO2 Omni-guide, CO2 Direct line of Site, Green Light, KTP, Aura, Aura XP, Deka, TruBlue laser equipment, accessories, fibers, and qualified technician services available for laser equipment malfunction as per the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Surgical Laser devices, accessories, fibers and Technician Services in support of the Surgery Program at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. The resultant contract will be a five (5) year ordering period with an anticipated start date of April 1, 2023. The contractor shall provide unit pricing for all line items on the Price Schedule in order to be eligible for contract award.

Place of Performance
