Intent to Sole Source Notice for Primary Care Physician Services for Battle Creek VA Medical Center

Background
The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to award a fixed-price sole source contract to Sygnetics, Inc for Primary Care Physician Services at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. This contract aims to provide essential healthcare services in alignment with the VA's mission to deliver high-quality medical care to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Primary Care Physician services for 2.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Services will be rendered at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center Primary Care Clinic and at several Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations, including Lansing CBOC, Muskegon CBOC, Benton Harbor CBOC, and Wyoming CBOC. The work must adhere strictly to the Performance Work Statement and all associated schedules.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 2 months, starting from December 13, 2025.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is the Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037-7314, with additional services provided at various CBOC locations.
