SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contracts to provide Dental Laboratory Services for the VA Medical Center, Denver, Colorado ("ECHCS"), 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045 and the Pueblo Community Based Outpatient Clinic ("CBOC") 4776 Eagleridge Circle, Pueblo, CO 81008 and Cheyenne VA Medical Center, 2360 E. Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform dental laboratory services. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about July 21, 2020 and proposals shall be submitted 34 days after the issuance of the solicitation, and no later than 10:00 a.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 339116 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. This solicitation will be a SDVOSB set aside.
