CCN Next Gen - Dental Network

Background
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the Community Care Network (CCN) Next Generation Dental Network. The goal of this contract is to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide dental services to veterans, enhancing their access to care and improving overall health outcomes.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a dental network, which includes:
1. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive dental provider network that meets the needs of veterans.
2. Implementing a Dental Network Adequacy Plan to ensure sufficient access to dental services.
3. Credentialing and accrediting dental providers in accordance with VA standards.
4. Managing eligibility data for veterans and ensuring accurate transmission of member information.
5. Providing customer service support through a dedicated contact center, including after-call surveys and training materials for staff.
6. Processing claims for dental services rendered, ensuring timely adjudication and reimbursement submissions to the VA.
7. Implementing fraud, waste, and abuse prevention measures, including training programs for network providers.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be defined in the solicitation but is expected to span multiple years under an IDIQ structure, allowing for flexibility in task orders as needed.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed within the United States, with specific locations determined based on the contractor's established dental network.
