The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to enter into a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Contractors to provide Perfusion and Surgical First Assistant services to the San Francisco Veterans Health Care System. The term of the contract is a five, one-year periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available March 10, 2021, or shortly thereafter and will be posted via Contract Opportunities on the BetaSam.gov website. Prospective Offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the BetaSam.gov website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, Offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work and terms and conditions of the requirement(s). The VA anticipates issuing a Small Business (SB) set aside solicitation for this requirement. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.beta.sam.gov. Interested Contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to Contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Beta Sam website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, Contractors must be registered in SAM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621399 (Offices of all Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners) with a small business size standard of $8.0 Million. The classification code is Q502 (Medical Cardio Vascular).
