On-call Interventional Cardiology for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26324Q1181 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This procurement is an unrestricted procurement. Prospective offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of submission of their offer. The VA anticipates one fixed-price indefinite delivery contract award for all resources and labor necessary for the on-call interventional cardiology services for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System located at One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. The period of performance is expected to be 03/01/2025 to 02/28/2030. Work Details

3. On-Site Interventional Cardiology Procedures, including but not limited to cardiac catheterization, pericardiocentesis, endocardial biopsies, placement of intra-aortic balloon devices, and percutaneous revascularization procedures.
4. The contractor's physician(s) must be technically proficient in cardiology and adhere to national standards established by the American College of Cardiology (ACC), the Joint Commission (TJC), and the American Hospital Association (AHA).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to be from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2030, with the potential for four additional one-year option periods.
