Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking contractors to provide locum perfusionist services to beneficiaries at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) in Nashville, TN.

The goal of this contract is to ensure continuous cardiovascular services support, which is critical for patient care within the VA healthcare system.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide perfusion services on-site in accordance with the terms and conditions specified.

Services will be required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Specifically, one Contractor Perfusionist shall be present on-site each workday from Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays. Additionally, one Contractor Perfusionist will be responsible for providing on-call coverage as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with options for four additional periods.
