Background
The Lebanon VA Medical Center, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, requires Mobile Cardiac Monitoring Services to monitor patients for ECG cardiac events. This contract aims to provide the necessary equipment and services to ensure effective monitoring of Veterans' heart conditions. The current contract is expiring, necessitating a new five-year IDIQ contract for these services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide portable Event Electrocardiogram (ECG) Monitors to Veterans upon Physician’s order. The monitors must transmit data wirelessly using encryption and be monitored by Certified Monitoring Technicians. Key tasks include:
- Providing 30-day and 14-day Mobile Cardiac Outpatient Telemetry monitors.
- Ensuring monitors are portable and equipped with algorithms to detect various cardiac rhythms.
- Transmitting data securely and providing daily assessments based on VAMC criteria.
- Alerting the on-call Cardiologist immediately for severe cardiac events and providing a summary report post-monitoring period.
- Supplying additional necessary items like batteries and electrodes at no extra cost.
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations for data handling.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period from December 6, 2025, through December 5, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Lebanon VA Medical Center located at 1700 South Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
