Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to award a competitive Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for community nursing home services for eligible Veterans in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. This contract aims to provide essential nursing home care as part of the Veterans Health Administration's continuum of care, ensuring that veterans receive high-quality medical and psychosocial support.

Work Details
The contractor will furnish all personnel and services necessary to perform community nursing home services to eligible beneficiaries of the VA. Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing nursing home care that meets the health needs and promotes the well-being of VA patients.
2. Ensuring facilities have current CMS certification and state nursing home licenses.
3. Accepting VA referrals in a timely manner, ideally within 24 hours.
4. Offering room, meals, nursing care, and other necessary services without additional charges.
5. Conducting provider visits at least once per month and providing access to laboratory, x-ray, and other special services as needed.
6. Maintaining quality oversight through regular visits by authorized VA representatives to ensure continuity of care.
7. Submitting invoices electronically on a monthly basis for payment, including all required documentation for reimbursement.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a two-year period from April 1, 2025, to September 30, 2027, with potential extensions based on fiscal year ordering periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
