Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 07 (NCO 07) on behalf of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia is soliciting proposals from contractors (Nursing Homes) in various counties throughout the geographical area of xxxx VAMC as the need arises. The VA anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) under authority of 38 U.S.C. 1720.

Work Details
As a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP), the VA anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) under authority 38 U. S. C. 1720 for Nursing Home Services for eligible Veterans of Department of Veterans Affairs in various counties across the State of Georgia. Counties will be considered as the need arises.
This is an open and continuous solicitation with a response date of 7-11-2023 to evaluate proposals for the initial award to a successful offeror. Eligible proposals received after this date will be evaluated at regular intervals or as additional requirements surface on an as-needed basis until the closing date of 6-11-2024. All contracts awarded from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed Price Contracts that will consist of one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from 6-12-2023 to 6-11-2024.

The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed include various counties across the State of Georgia.
