Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) is seeking Specialty Registered Nurse Services for various units including ICU/Step Down, Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Mental Health, Community Living Center, Operating Room (OR)/Same Day Surgery (SDS), Primary Care (PACT), and Urgent Care (UC) at the Marion VA Medical Center Campus and Fort Wayne VA Medical Center. The services are expected to be provided for 5 years starting in July or August 2024.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Registered Nurse Services for the specified units at the mentioned locations in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The FTE requirements for each unit are detailed as follows: Marion VA Medical Center Campus - FTE: 10 for CLC/MH/UC; Fort Wayne VA Medical Center - FTE: 10 for ED/ICU/Step down, FTE: 2 for Acute/Med Surg General, FTE: 4 for OR/SDS, and FTE: 2 for PACT.

Period of Performance
Services are expected to be provided for a period of 5 years starting in July or August 2024.

Place of Performance
The services shall be furnished at the following locations: VA Northern Indiana Health Care System – Fort Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805; VA Northern Indiana Health Care System – Marion Campus, 1700 E 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953.
